The Spare Food Co. was a new venture whose mission is to help design waste out of the food system. Their culinary innovation blends cooking creativity with experience design to change the way food professionals see, think, plan, and cook, and get them excited about it. They wanted an identity that spoke to the heart of what they’re doing while maintaining a warm, optimistic, friendly yet authoritative flair.


The brand identity, based on our discussions of who they are and who they want to be, Includes their logo, brand colors + typography, photo art direction, website design, icon art direction, and printed collateral.
